I am looking to create 3d animation to demonstrate a new product

i need to create a 3d animated video (approx 30 seconds -1 minute) to demonstrate a new product we have developed. We have CAD files and renders for the product and need to show it in a room. The product has no particular moving parts and the main focus would be on showing someone moving the product into a room, plugging it in and switching it on etc.
Product applies to a wide range of industries so room setting would be quite generic.
Budget is flexible so don't worry too much about the amount shown!
