Full house refurbishment with kitchen extension and loft conversion.

Entrance
Stairs to be modern open back with central spine. Looking to create a plant area with lights under the stairs as a feature. Double doors to kitchen.

Ground Floor
Open Plan with Snug/Living room area with Media Wall. 10 Seater dining area. Kitchen with 4.6 metre island, sink on island is for guest and back wall having main sink. Hidden door to utility. First half of utility will need to house a washing machine, dryer and a 4 ring spice kitchen, the second half of the utility room will need to be the plant room.

First Floor
Bedroom 1 is Master Bedroom with super king bed, leading on to a large walk-in-wardrobe and large ensuite.
Bedroom 2 has king size bed with ensuite.
Bedroom 3 is a 3/4 bed with ensuite.

Second Floor
Bedroom 4 is a king size bed with large ensuite.
Bedroom 5 will be used as a cinema room, this leads onto the eaves storage (this area to be used as a saree/indian wear room.

AT THIS STAGE WE ARE LOOKING FOR 3D VISUAL, SO WE CAN SEE AREAS THAT REQUIRE AMENDMENTS IF NECESSARY.
AT A LATER STAGE WE ARE LOOKING FOR LIGHTING PLAN, INTERIOR DESIGN, KITCHEN DESIGN.
