HIGH QUALITY VECTOR RECREATION - BLK PHARAOH 3D DESIGN

I need this sculpt redone for print. The files I currently have are not high resolution enough for the print companies in Portugal to use. They have requested that I get the design in vector format at a higher quality.
Is this something you can help re create or enhance?
Please get back to me urgently..
The time frame I have is not long at all. I'll understand if this is too short notice to take on
