I am looking for a designer who can create a 3d design of the building in coordination with the plans and sketches provided.
It is a full redevelopment with instructions of the build and all guidelines attached. I am looking for a quick turn around and looking to visualise the plans we have submitted to our local planning committee.
I am looking for someone to be able to construct the 3d model/design and also can work with in the future with on more builds.
Price paid can be more for the right work.
