Flat drawings and 3D modern mock up

Hi,

The attached is a floor plan. I’d like it redrawn but knocking the wall down inbetween bedroom 1 and reception room. That will become an open plan kitchen living area.

Then I’d like to replace the current kitchen space with an office/2nd bedroom. Bedroom 2 to become to master, and whatever you can suggest for making the bathroom and small WC one larger bathroom.

I’d like to get the updated floor plan done first and then once that’s finalised get the 3R imagery
