Description
What needs to be done:
- Finish the flat back of the model ( a photo is attached )
- Clean up the mesh (ensure it’s watertight, no non-manifold edges, holes, or print issues)
- Prepare and export a print-ready STL file
- Maintain overall scale and proportions
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Blender
- Experience preparing character models for 3D printing
- Attention to detail, model is nearly complete and just needs final refinements

Option 1 – Solidify in Blender
If the mesh has evenly spaced quads, add a Solidify modifier to give it thickness.( scaling the model thick for printing)
Option 2 – Dynamesh in ZBrush
Send the model to ZBrush, use Dynamesh to make it solid, and close the holes at the back. gile that compatible with blender -
Export as OBJ or FBX and bring it back into Blender.
Option 3 – Remodel the Character
Rebuild the model with clean, even quads and include the back this time.
This gives you the best topology for animation and future edits, but takes more time. -
