Exterior Images of 1 story building. 2300 square feet - 200 m2

I am seeking a skilled 3D modeler and renderer to visualize the exterior of a single story commercial building designed in AutoCAD. The structure encompasses approximately 2300 square feet or 200 square meters and features a rectangular footprint. To effectively market the potential tenant spaces, I require a detailed 3D model of the building shell as well as two realistic exterior renderings from different angles.

The modeler selected for this project will be provided full building plans in AutoCAD format for reference while digitally recreating the form and geometry of the structure. Attention should be paid to accurately reflecting all architectural details like windows, doors, roof profile and material textures. Once the 3D building model is finalized, two photo-realistic renderings should then be produced portraying the structure from varying vantage points outside.

Rendered shots must realistically illustrate daylighting, shadows and surrounding landscaping/hardscaping context as seen from a typical street or parking area perspective. Composition, lighting and post-processing of final images should be professionally executed to captivate potential occupants. The allotted budget for this independent contract work will be commensurate with portfolio experience and quality of past rendering samples submitted.
