Design 3d-printable custom-fitted feline domino mask

I'm looking for a custom-designed stylised feline domino mask (covering the area around my eyes and over my nose) that is custom-fitted to my face.

I'm an OnlyFans girl, and I want a mask to wear when creating my content that:
- allows for maximal connection with my audience while protecting my identity
- is comfortable to wear for up to 3-4 hours
- can comfortably stay on while I'm shooting content (and withstand a bit of rough and tumble)
- is designed to be sexy, cute, and reflective of my brand
- can be attached to my face using a skin-friendly adhesive OR (as a backup) attached with an elastic string

If I'm happy with the results, I may have more work for you in the near future doing work for other masks or adaptations of this one.

I'm happy to negotiate a significant bonus for a job well done.

First and foremost, I need a good 3D-print designer, ideally with experience in making face masks for cosplay/theatre/film, to design the mask based on scans of my face. If you can help with high-quality printing as well, that would be a bonus (but is by no means necessary). If you do not offer printing, I just need to be able to take the CAD files etc. you generate and pass them on to a service that will render the final product.

The mask should be pliable yet robust, and comfortable to wear for up to 3-4 hours at a time. The mask should be sufficiently robust to be fine with a fair bit of rough and tumble while worn. I'm thinking silicone or latex, but I'm open to better suggestions if you have them.

Structure-wise, I need the mask custom-fitted to my face so that it fits flush and can be attached to my face with prosthetic adhesive. Ideally, the mask will also have small holes so that I can fit it to my face with elastic strapping as a backup. The mask needs to completely cover my nose, as well as around my eyes (i.e. a domino mask). The mask should stay firmly on my face during performance, even when subjected to rough and tumble (there is a heavy fight sequence in the performance). Think Robin's mask from "Batman & Robin" (1997) except completely concealing the nose and a little bit more of the forehead.

Style-wise, I want the mask to be based on a simple, sexy, cute, stylised black cat with a pink nose. Think Halle Berry's catwoman mask X Hello Kitty, and you'll have a rough idea. The features shouldn't protrude too much so as to avoid bulkiness; I want the mask to be as sleek as possible. I'm not yet sure whether I want the mask to have ears.

I have taken a scan of my face with Scandy Pro, but we can use other methods if you think they would get us a better result. I'm open to meeting in person if you're local (London, UK), or using other scanning apps/tools/methods. The bottom line is that it needs to fit my face perfectly. I'm happy to provide whatever high-res photos and scans are needed.
