Creation of equirectangular projection images (x2) from 3D scene

We require two outputs, both equirectangular projections, to be created from two 3D interiors. One interior requires no alteration, the other will require the removal of a couple of objects within the scene and to be replaced with a simple 2D object. The resulting images must be high resolution (8K+) and include all lighting, shadow and textures.

Interior one: Living room
