Create wall art with photoshop

I am looking for somebody with photoshop experience to take an image and convert it into a wall canvas like the examples that I have uploaded.
They don't have to be the same as above, it could be say a living room scene with the canvas on the wall above a sofa or anything similar.
The guy that does them for me at the moment does a good job but I feel he is too expensive for something he told me only takes him a few minutes to do.
So I would like quotes please for doing something similar. This would be an ongoing thing with me having (eventually) hundreds of them that would need doing.
They would be sent in batches of say 10 a few times per week until they are all done. Please quote initially to do just 1 and then a quote for a regular 10 at a time.

The guy who does them for me now charges £5 each, so I would only take someone on if the quote was lower than this.
