Create visual of potential small house extension

I need a visual image created (in jpeg and pdf format) to demonstrate how a 1st floor extension would look. The base images are attached that I want updating to show the new design.

The extension would be to the left side of the attached photos - creating a 1st floor on the house above the single storey existing building.
The stone, roofing materials and windows and fittings need to look the same - and it needs to be a seemless extension of the existing building, as far as the updated design shows.

There needs to be 2 versions:
1. windows on just the rear view, not the side view
2. windows on both rear view and side view

The purpose of the project is to demonstrate more easily what is possible for a future buyer of the house.
