Create 3D render of house and detached building from .ef7 file

Hi,

I have scanned a house and detached building with a Matterport Pro 3 and need a 3d Render of the two buildings. The renders will form part of a planning application so I'll need assistance with proposed renders also. Proposed to include things like:
- remove chimney breast and external pipework
- new doors and windows
- solar panels in one roof plane
- some other minor things (the property will not be extended)

I need external renders only.

The property is Listed so I need authentic looking good quality renders.
