Create 3d floorplans and building render

I am looking for someone to make 3D floorplans and 3D models for each building in a portfolio.
You have to have good experience, bc previous people who have taken on this job have not been good enogh and i had to cancel the job.

I will start with 1 building and if the job is good i will have more work

The buildings generally have 7 floors, basement, ground, 01, 02, 03,04 and Attic.

I will provide the 2d floorplans which will then need to made into 3d renders with each unit in a different color.
also for the Attic i will need a floorplan of what it will be like after development.

the second part of the job is to make before and after exterior renders of the buildings after the development of the Attic.
I will need a few renders taken from different angles.

Total 8x 3d floor renders and 6 exterior renders.
I will also need the spk files.
