Convert simple 2D vector drawing to 3D model

I have a 2D drawing that needs to be converted into a 3D render for an instruction booklet.

The project is very simple and only has a small amount of components.

Would take less than an hour for someone competent in 3D CAD software.

A 3D render would be required in the various stages to assembly .
Full instructions and dimensions would be given.

An image of an old model has been included as an example.

Further 3D work would also be availaible in the future for other projects.
