Convert an illustration into a 3D image

Information for the business: We are a start up jewellery business

Design details: I would like an illustration of the British flag converted in to a 3D image. The design is currently a vector based illustrator file and I would like the image to look like it is fabric hanging on a wall with natural ripples and depth. Nothing too formulaic or too detailed - more natural the better.

I have attached an example of the type of texture I would like with the only difference being that we can see the edges of the flag.

The GB flag attached is not the design. I will send you the design on receipt of your interest in the project.

I would like the image to be of a large size, so would like to know my options for this.
