Complete accurate 3D SketchUp project file for two passiVillas.

The objective is to produce a complete, technically accurate 3D SketchUp (.skp) project file for two passiVillas" (high-performance homes). The passivillas are identical except for internal garage position (passivilla 1 front left, passivilla 2 front right) and external colour themes. The passivillas are to be positioned on a specific site in Much Cowarne, HR7.
A Home Plan Pro exported geometric file (DXF or EMF) will be supplied. The final deliverable must be a professional-grade architectural model, meticulously textured and organized for review in SketchUp Free (Web version).
