Can you turn my client into a 3D Blender Model? I will send a photo of my client.

The body, however, should be skinny like the models in the attachments.
Specs:
Keep the arms crossed (from the headshot that will be sent)
Wearing white lab coat
Get the body as close to the screenshots as possible
Use a brown skin tone... not dark
Let me know an estimate of costs and how long it will take.
