Experience Level: Expert
We are seeking fee proposals for CGI services to support a full planning application.
Please confirm your fees for the four stages outlined below. Each stage will be reviewed by Frame International, and progression to the next stage will be subject to approval.
Scope of services
Stage 1 – Initial massing model
3D massing model (geometry only).
No fenestration or materials.
Issued to Frame International for verification and comment.
Stage 2 – Design development model
Incorporation of fenestration and materials in line with the design team’s selections.
Issued to Frame International for comment.
Stage 3 – Final CGI model
Completion of the full CGI model.
Issued to Frame International for comment and sign-off.
Stage 4 – Camera-matched street views
Two eye-level, camera-matched CGI views along East Street:
View 1: From the north on East Street, angled towards the building, with partial visibility of adjacent flanking buildings.
View 2: From the south on East Street, angled towards the building, with partial visibility of adjacent flanking buildings.
Information provided after tendering stage:
•Site photographs and images of existing brickwork to be extended.
•Details of proposed standing seam zinc cladding (anthracite) to the set-back upper level.
•Plans and elevations (at various stages of completion).
•3D hand sketch.
•Site and location plan showing proposed camera positions.
A full coordinated set of DWG drawings will be issued to the successful consultant.
Please submit a clear fee breakdown by stage, along with your availability and an indicative programme.
