CGI Perspective render of house from 2d CAD files

We are looking for someone to produce a high-end photo realistic render for marketing a property we have just received planning permission for in North West England. I have a attached an image of something similar to what I am looking for. I have attached a copy of the pdf of the project, but i can send the dwg files if required.

Could you please look over the attached and let me know :
How much you would charge for modeling the building and providing the imagery?
When would you be able to get the information back to us?
What you additional information you would require from us?
What happens if we require any amendments and how long does it take to get the information back to us?

Could you please also send us a copy of something similar that you have done?
