Basic 3D model of a 100x100m plot in France

I am considering buying a house in France and I would like a 3D model of the area surrounding the house with all other existing houses in place as well as a couple of additional houses where I know they will be built. This to allow an idea of the current and future view from the house.

I am only looking for an OUTSIDE view, there is no need to 3D model the inside of the house. I am hoping that this can be done fairly easily based on some existing data sources (eg Geoportail or Google Maps or whatever) plus some additional information I will provide on 2 new houses to be built.

The house sits on plot 3079/3080 in the hameau of Magy in the commune of Les Gets. I am looking for a 3D model of the surrounding houses in a c.50m radius
