Artist Impression / Architectural Sketch

Thank you for taking the time to review my requirements.

I’m looking to have some artwork / artist impression to be drawn / Photoshop’ed up for a project I am starting. An example of the style would be an architectural impression of a proposed building set in its final surrounding.

You will have a basic image to work with and develop or you can start from scratch…

I’m looking for 1 A4 landscape drawing which is modern and vibrant.

Timescale:

Award project prior to COB 14/07/14
Draft for comment: COB 16/07/14
Final for acceptance: 3 days from comments

Full brief will be issued on award, a history of completing similar project would be an advantage.

Update: Hi - Because I'm getting mixed proposals and a wide variety of prices I have decided to provide more information.

I'm converting a 10ft shipping container into a coffee pod for a customer, as part of the deal I will be providing an image of the proposal to the customer. I have attached an image of the shipping container and an image of a finished container to show the direction I want to go.

I want the image to have some wow factor and demonstrate a modern style such as a Costa Coffee / Café Nero etc.

Maybe the background can be played with to add to the overall effect. I don't mind what software is used, I cant decide on the overall effect i.e. hand drawn sketch like or realistic image??
