Architectural or concept drawing/ sketch from property listing/ floor-plan

I am hoping to work with someone who can put together a series of concept drawings for 2x "loft style" apartments/ suites situated in a property currently for sale on the open market.

The drawings will need to be made from the limited material I have available (outlined below). NB: Applicants should have a knowledge of architecture to understand what is "feasible" from an architectural standpoint, ideally with a knowledge of roofs/ loft extension.

I would like the drawings to be:
Realistic and evoke a sense of quality and style but do not need to be precise in terms of dimensions
Show internal furnishings in the "loft" style of apartment
Demonstrate approximate scale/ dimensions
Varied, i.e. some hand sketches, some side elevation (or more technical looking/ refined), some floor plans with furniture, some colour/ painted style. etc.

External photos (from listing)
External photos (privately obtained)
Address for google street view/ satellite view
Floor plan and approximate dimensions (from listing)

I want to apply these concepts to the very first stages of a plan ahead of purchasing the property, and I fully intend to have a more detailed set of plans drawn up. These are entirely conceptual for the purpose of selling the "vision" to my business and financial partners.
