I need a certified architect to produce designs at a scale of 1:2500 that will include the following:
1. Site plan
2. Floor plans
3. Elevations (interior for top floor and exterior for whole build)
4. Foundation Plans (including footings, beams, plumbing etc.)
5. Section drawings
6. Electrical Plan
7. Roof framing Plan
8. Landscaping Plan (sceptic tank and borehole)
9. Finishing Drawing
10. Excavations Drawing
11. General notes & details
