Animation of circuit boards with flexible interconnection

Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Design details: I need an animation (5 seconds), which demonstrates how arbitrary forms can be made with a special kind of connection wires between circuit boards. Have a look at attachments
In picture 1: you see how the animation should starts and ends. A kind of matrix with flexible wires between each island of a hard circuit board (green squares).
picture 2: shows how each of the hard circuits boards (green) should look like more or less (doesn't have to be exactly like this, but you have to recognize it as a circuit board)
picture 3 - undermost wire: shows how each connection between those green circuit boards should look like (a kind of wavy form). The wave form should look exactly like this undermost wire.
picture 3 - uppermost wire: shows what happens with the connection wires when we make a 3d sphere (as seen in picture 1). The wave form changes (it doesn't have to be exactly this wave form, but approaching)
In summary, what do we need:
An animation of a matrix of green circuit boards, connected with wavy circuits. The matrix changes in a 3d sphere (not totally but like the picture).
There is one important notice: when you make the sphere-form, the green circuit boards may not deform (or look like they deformed). These parts are stiff. Only the wavy wires may deform as described.
Background can be white.
Deliver in 1080p video file.
