I need a designer who can create a 3d colour sketchup model of a house and its extension for the client to visualise its extension. Please could you quote for a sketchup model and then separately for a rendered series of images. Also let me know how much any updates or alterations might be ...
I don't have many photos of the outside of the house, but have attached one of the existing rear extension so that you can see the colours of the brickwork (to match on new extension) and render. I've also attached screenshots from Streetview of the house so you can see the front / side and colours.
The front and courtyard elevations of the new extension will be clad in weathering steel: https://www.buymetalonline.co.uk/corten-steel/
I have also attached a pdf of the elevations - I also have floor plans I can send.
I would also like in your proposal to hear what your turn around time would be?
