3D Visualiser for ground floor of house

I'm looking for someone to create a 3D render of the ground floor of my house which is undergoing a renovation.

I have the floor plan, a 3D render of the kitchen and a video of the ground floor. I have pictures of some of my furniture.

I'm unsure as to where my furniture should go and what colours to paint the walls.

It's only 50m2. It's a very small house so everything needs to fit and I need help with a bit of the decor.
