3d Visualisations of a Modified Container Gym

I require a new set of 3d images to help visualise a business idea. This will be the second iteration of the idea, having already commissioned an initial set of 3d visuals, and these will be used to support a landing page website. I have attached several documents to aid the 3d designer, who I hope will work with me in bringing the idea to life and create an attractive proposition for visitors to the landing page website. I have provided a detailed brief to show what I expect from this piece of work but I would also emphasise that I have purposely not been too descriptive in the hope that whoever helps me with the design is able to contribute through their own artistic skills and vision. Experience with a similar project (gyms, fitness), or an interest in this field, would be desirable.

Specific details in the documents. Summary of minimum expected deliverable is to produce at least 5 different images. Time frame is 5 - 7 days, however I anticipate that I will need to make some revisions as we go back and forth so this could take us beyond expected completion date.
