3D visualisation based on 2D Adobe Illustrator file

I am looking for a 3D designer who is able to make a visualisation of a design concept based on a 2D drawings made in Adobe Illustrator.

Here is what I am looking for. A solid black backdrop of 11x6m, with 989 holes (6mm diameter) through the backdrop, in regular distances of 25cm apart. On top of it is a circular mask of 4,5m. Through each hole, there is a protruding light grey aluminium stick that can extend from 0mm to 150mm. There is a light source on the right side of the backdrop aligned with the backdrop.
