I will supply a 3D STL file of a textured circle. See Pic

I need the circle made into 2 x Semi Circles with a hole in the middle with a width of 46mm from the centre to the outer rim.

And then finally - the file is very detailed and the circle takes 9 hours to 3D print. Can these be down sampled without losing too much quality so it will print faster?
