I am looking for someone to create a 3D SketchUp model of a house on a hill based on scanned plans.
The model should represent the main external form of the house, following the layout, levels, roof shape, and slope of the site as accurately as possible from the plans provided. The property sits on uneven ground, so experience modelling hillside or sloping-site projects would be helpful.
Scope of work
• Create a SketchUp 3D model from scanned 2D plans.
• Model the house and its position on the hill / sloped site.
• Include the main roof form, building massing, and visible external openings where possible.
• Use the drawings as the main reference and keep proportions accurate.
• Keep the model clean, organised, and easy to edit.
