3d sculpting for beer tap handles

Design details: We own a company that make beer tap handles. We are looking for a 3d sculptor that can take our ideas and sculpt them. They do not need to be in Colorado but they do need to be output to a stl file. We would then 3d print the file and cast it in resin and hand paint them. We are looking for a reliable person or company that we can build a relationship with and send regular work.
