3D scanning. reconfiguration / resizing , 3d printing

Later this year , when I have resolved a number of issues I am looking for someone to has access to a 3D scanner that will scan items in no more than 6cm-10cm wide, turn them in to STL//CAD files and manipulate the items to make them slightly larger/smaller and print them out in some sort of a plastics. The items prototypes will be sent to you via airmail/post and you will send the item back to me one item is printed. There will be lots of different designs is the business proposal takes off. I have put the project at £30.00 they are only small uncomplicated items.
