3D Renders for Running Shop Interior & Exterior

We are seeking a skilled 3D visualiser to produce high-quality 3D renders for a new running shop fit-out project. The purpose of the visuals is to help communicate design intent to stakeholders and assist in final decision-making for layout and styling.

Scope of Work:

The project will be delivered in four key stages, each building upon the previous:

1. Stage 1: Blank Interior & Exterior Renders
• Create 3D model of the shop space based on 2D floorplans and elevations (which will be provided).
• Include structural details and an open ceiling with visible plant equipment (e.g., air conditioning units, ductwork).
• Deliver interior and exterior views showing the empty space.

2. Stage 2: Add Furniture and Shop Fittings
• Incorporate shop fittings and furniture into the model (racks, shelves, counter, display units, etc.).
• Renders must show how the furniture interacts with the space both functionally and visually.

3. Stage 3: Populate with Products
• Add realistic representations of the products (shoes, apparel, accessories), using reference images that will be provided.
• Ensure realistic product distribution across racking and display units.

4. Stage 4: Final Presentation Renders
• Apply materials, lighting, signage, branding, and any final tweaks.
• Final batch of high-quality renders from all necessary viewpoints (see below).

Deliverables:
• Interior and exterior views.
• Views from outside looking into the glass shopfront (2 walls are glass).
• Views from inside looking out through the glass.
• Renders at each stage as outlined above.
• Final delivery to include high-resolution images and native model files.

Revisions:
• Up to 7 rounds of revisions to be included in the quoted price (not including changes to correct errors or minor tweaks).

What We Will Provide:
• 2D floorplans and elevations.
• Product and fixture references (images, dimensions, etc.).
• Moodboard or reference images (if needed for style guidance).

Timeline:
• There will be several days between you delivering the renders and us replying with updated plans and comments.
• You will deliver within 2 days of receiving files from us.

Payment Terms:
• Payment will be made in milestones upon satisfactory delivery of each stage:
1. Blank space renders
2. Furniture and shop fittings added
3. Products added
4. Finalised renders after all revisions
