THE CONCEPT: Happy Fresh Kitchen is a new fast-casual restaurant concept serving delicious salads, wraps, sandwiches, coffee, juices, and smoothies made with fresh ingredients and health in mind.
OUR GOAL: Grow Happy Fresh Kitchen into a nationally recognized fast-casual restaurant chain. With this in mind, the design, color palette, material choices, and layout should be uniform, identifiable, and easily scalable for the deployment of future locations.
EXAMPLES OF SIMILAR INSPIRATIONAL CONCEPTS: Sweetgreen, Fresh Kitchen, Freshii, TenderGreens, SaladBox, Tropical Smoothie, CAVA, etc.

DIMENSIONS + FINISHING OF THE SPACE:
-170m2
-5m interior ceiling height
-Ceiling interior will be unfinished / exposed
-Polished concrete floors (natural color)
-1 sheetrock wall (left side wall), 2 cinder block walls (right and back wall), front is all glass windows with double door entrance in center.
RENOVATION BUDGET: $40,000 USD. We are trying to keep costs low.
***Please try to use some of the existing finishings (polished concrete floor, cinder block exposed walls, etc.).

MAIN KITCHEN:
-food prep area with industrial sink, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.
SALAD BAR + WRAP SERVING BAR: Serving-line style.
-under-counter refrigerated salad/wrap serving station (with glass protection shield)
-glass-door refrigerator behind counter to showcase fresh ingredients (lettuce bowls / vegetables)
SMOOTHIE + JUICE BAR:
-commercial blender, juicer, ice machine, small wash sink
POS AREA:
-Touch screen POS tablets for customers to checkout
MAIN SEATING / LOUNGE AREA:
-lounging + dining area for customers to enjoy their fresh food,
SMALL PRIVATE BACK-OFFICE:
-desk, computer, sofa
RESTROOM: please locate in back right corner (this is where plumbing is).
