Experience Level: Entry

I am looking for someone to produce 3D rendering views of 2 small mobile homes (one studio & one bedroom home). I need exteriors and interiors renders and the external materials will be provided. The interiors need to have a smart/contemporary look.
I have these houses modelled in SketchUp (including furniture) and would like to know which rendering software / plugin is going to be used.
