3D Rendering from existing 3D drawings

Design details: I need high quality render with Vray from a Vectorwork 3D drawings. I have selected all the furniture/ materials, textiles and draw everything on CAD. All I want is someone to apply the texture on top for the final render.
I can send you:
-the 3d Drawing on the project,
-a collage of all the furnitures,lighting and materials
-some 3DS or/and DWG model of actual furniture used in the design.

There are 7 designed rooms and I need 10 renders. Some of them will be 2 render of the same space.
I am looking for quality render (no sketchup) and I am on a budget.
