Design details: We are a furniture & electrical retailer & manufacturer based in Fiji - Subrails Furniture Centre Ltd operating 12 retail outlets currently. We are looking at a property of 1000sqm in Suva, Fiji to open by August this year and we are looking for some capable to do some free lance retail design work for us.

We would need a 3D concept for our shop layout. This would include the entire floor being visualised in 3D with colour schemes for display units, flooring, lighting & internal/external store signage. Exact sizing of the floor area will be provided by us. Attached is a just a sketch layout. Approx Floor area for Display is 924sqm. Second attachment sizes are in feet.

We will require details for the display unit & service counter concepts. For eg. display unit for home appliances, TV & Audio etc.

We will need the units to be sized based on the space available & also sizes for our joiners to make the units. If the above mentioned is of interest - we would appreciate a quote for the services you can provide.

Attached is our logo to derive colour schemes. This will be our first flag ship store - so we are open to new concepts and ideas.

Also attached is a sketch up plan of the floor layout and floor size for display area in square feet. Exact measurements can be provided by us as required. I have attached some ideas for the furniture display area. We would like to keep the way clear and have carpet rug sections for furniture display area. Main fit out part is for the lifestyle display area, Audio, Video & White Ware display areas, Service counter & internal colour schemes.
