3D Modelling for game

I am looking for a talented 3D modelling designer for my game. The game will have a character modification feature so that users can customise their character.
The users should be able to select from 6 different body types, and customise the look on their character's face etc to suit their liking.

I require an artist that can create 1 character with variables for the end user to customise.
Job is quite simple, i require:
A 3D human character model, variations/variables must include:
12 heights (eg. 4ft6inch, 4ft7inch etc)
4 skin tones
6 body types
7 hairstyles
5 eye colours
Face variations should include:
4 eye type
4 nose shape
5 mouth types
