Description
Experience Level: Expert
I am looking for a talented 3D Modelling Designer to create a digital version of my existing fluffy toy so that it can be shared with manufacturers for production.
Your task will be to produce a realistic 3D model of our toy, capturing all its key features in detail — including textures (fluff/fur), shapes, 3D elements (such as the tree feature on its head, flowers, eyes), and any other distinctive characteristics.
Key requirements include:
✅ Develop a high-quality 3D model with realistic and accurate textures, including fluffy and eco-friendly materials.
✅ Show a 360-degree view of the toy (a few seconds rotation) so that all angles can be seen.
✅ Prepare all relevant file types required for manufacturers.
✅ Provide a visual presentation sheet that clearly labels and describes the toy’s key features — for example, the tree on its head, the materials used, why they’re eco-friendly and upcycled, any safety or allergy considerations, etc.
We will provide:
Images and details of the existing toy
Inspiration examples of what we’d like
Guidelines for materials (eco-friendly, recycled, upcycled, biodegradable)
Notes on design elements that need to be highlighted
If this matches your skill set, we’d also love to see links or examples of similar 3D toy designs you’ve produced — especially ones that successfully captured texture, softness, and other unique features.
The successful candidate may also receive further commissions to design accessories (such as keychains, labels, and other merchandise).
If you’re interested in bringing this toy to life digitally and can help us make it manufacturable, please do get in touch — we can’t wait to see your portfolio!

You dont need to produce 3D models for plush manufacture. You need orthographic visuals and a tech pack.
3D modelling would only be used if you wanted animation or promotional material.
If it is not a plush product, then you need to define further specs of the toy.
