3d modeling and rendering of the specific scene/s delivered in PNG or JPG format. The end result must be photorealistic, very similar in terms of the materials and textures to the reference photo, a wooden frame against the wall with wooden flooring/parquet. Please do not copy exactly of the reference photo.

I'm very specific about the lighting, it must be exactly as in the reference photo, the scene looks bright with a neutral wall coloring. See the other reference photos of the lighting/tint I DO NOT WANT. The wooden frame must have some grains and texture very photorealistic and the frame opening must be in 4:5 ratio, I DO NOT WANT the frame tilted against the wall,(frame opening must be straight,corners on 90 degrees)

I need 2 results for this project, a complete scene rendering with a frame, and without a frame, two files in total.
I need the end result to be delivered in PNG or JPG format, at 300dpi, minimum size 4500 Width x 3800 Height in pixels. Please bid only if you are able to deliver to this specific requirements and be able to achieve highly photorealistic result.

I'm going to create a frame mockup from this project to showcase the artwork and if we are both happy with the result of this project, I will have many more projects like this to offer.

** IMPORTANT I must be able to use this commercially/sell the mockups created from this rendering. This specific project must be created ony for me, not to be copied and resold for others.
