3d model, photorealistic renders, floor plan, elevations

Hello, I need someone to do a 3d model, 2 photorealistic renders, a floor plan along with 3 elevations for a 20-30sqm Asian street food takeaway. The shop is quite small so you literally have to do the work you would do for a single room. A couple simple sketches and photos of the already semi-completed project will be provided. You'll deliver the pdf files along with the source files.
