3D model of interior gallery space

Hi,

We require a talented 3D digital modeller to create an existing interior space to aide us in our work. It is the interior gallery space of a famous UK 19th century gallery space (cannot be disclosed but more details given to winning bidder). We require an detailed model which picks up the key features architectural features of the space, in any standard 3D modelling software/format that works for you. We can provide the CAD plans and photographs of the space, which is about 30 x 30m in size and 20m in height.

It is just the room that needs to be modelled, not many artwork, paintings or museum pieces. The end result should just be the room/space, with the floor, walls and ceiling textured.
