3D Model of House in 3DS Max - No render required

I would like the attached house to be modelled in 3DS Max. The drawings will be available in .dwg format.

I do not need this rendered but will need to be supplied with the model
I only need the house itself which will be used for an exterior CGI so no need to model all of the interior
I would like the plans left in the max file so that I can check for accuracy
I do not need any specific textures applied, but I will need placeholder materials added so that I can add my own textures afterwards.
It will need to be accurate and to a high level of detail. I only need the house modelled and not the site
