3d designer, metal 3D printing, lipstick case

I have a lipstick case which has a shell (outer case) and I need a designer to design the outer shell with a specific design. I need someone who is into details! The lipstick has a cylinder shape and I want the shell to be design with some specific ancient language. I have a picture of the script that I want to be on the shell. The picture is low quality.
