3D Design, stl, metal printing for Eyeshadow Palette

I need someone who is able to do technical drawings and 3d designing for metal 3d printing,
The project is an eyeshadow palette that I do not have anything like drawings just some images! YOU are going to turn the image into an eyeshadow palette!!
The one needs to be enough smart and experienced to be able to create an eyeshadow palette and the mechanism for eyeshadow is easy like all other eyeshadow palettes!
The person is creative enough to mix my ideas with those images that I will share with you for creating the palette!
