3d design ready for 3d printing

Hi,

I am after something like the attached IMAGE 1 in 3d design ready for 3d printing. The top part needs to be a diameter of 5 inches and the hole of the bottom 3.5 inches with a lip on the inside approx 1.5 inches - see IMAGE 2. The height of the whole thing should be no more than 3 inches.

I require 2 versions:
1 - designed like the lamps whereby the design is cut into the object
2 - design is is embossed onto the object

The shape of the object has to be the same as IMAGE 1 and cannot change. The design that is to be cut and embossed onto the object I am flexible with. I have attached an image of another design but I am open to other designs if you have an image you find easier using. The design is based on a moroccan lamp

There may be a few other projects that I may need help with, and may also be a few amendments that I need to make to this one (i.e. holes for screws)
