3d design of series of retail Units with video walk through

We are looking for a 3d designer to build and render a realistic series of images for a commercial village.

The 'village' will have a series of converted barns (see images for inspitation) that host:

10 retail units
1 luxury spa (no pool, just treatment rooms and hair salon)
1 children's nursery that backs onto a large outdoor space for kids)
1 adult co-working space with a cafe. (See wework.com)
2 cafes - one family friendly with a big internal soft play area and one normal cafe.
1 pilates studio.

The village will also have toilet facilities & underground parking for 100 cars.

The entire thing will have a gated entrance and be surrounded by fields.

We only require interior design of the spa, both cafes, nursery (inc outdoor) co-working space and a few stores.

We will require images and also a video walkthrough that is realistic.
