Project Summary
I need someone reliable and detail-oriented to furnish an entire building. Most spaces will require custom-designed furniture, while a few pieces are already specified. You will be responsible for taking the vision and delivering functional, aesthetic, and well-planned furniture layouts and designs.

This is a time-sensitive project with high standards. I value communication, accuracy, and initiative. If you do well on this project, I have other projects lined up for the right person.

Scope of Work
Review building layout and room functions
Place furniture appropriately in each area
Design custom furniture (tables, shelving, cabinetry, seating, etc.)
Incorporate specified furniture where provided
Deliver usable outputs (drawings, measurements, mood boards, 3D if applicable)

Collaborate on revisions if needed (though goal is getting it right the first time)
