3d character scuplt

I am looking to get a 3d model created of the character called scorpina from power rangers. It would be a standard profile pose so that I can slice and create it into an action figure in which I will 3d print. I am also located in Florida and would like someone local to collaborate with. Let me know if this is something that is in your skillset and how long you think it would take - If it works out there could potentially be many more projects lined up for you!!
