3D Character Model - Still render only

I want to create a set of character models as 3D stills. There are a number to be completed but this project is for just one character. I have created a 2D Illustrator vector (see attached with an example of the 3D look I like) of the character which is okay but lacking depth. I would like someone to take these files and re-create and supply a single image file rendered. No animation. Just keep it simple.

Would be great if these are produced in C4D but not essential.

Please provide a cost for this one model with a view to producing more as separate jobs. Many thanks for looking.
